Terms of Sale (for Digital Products)

These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of digital products from Macro Script via our website www.macro-script.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products & Availability

We sell downloadable and/or license-based digital products (such as scripts, templates, and software tools). We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and preview information, but cannot guarantee that all content is error-free. Product availability and features may change without notice.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be made at the time of purchase via the payment methods available on our website. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners.

3. Delivery of Digital Products

Once payment is confirmed, you will receive access to the digital product via direct download or through email delivery (or both). In most cases, delivery is instant, but please allow up to 24 hours. If you do not receive your file or access link, please contact us.

We do not ship any physical products.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product is downloaded or accessed. We do not accept returns or exchanges for digital items.

However, if you experience technical issues or believe you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 bsuiness days of purchase and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

5. License & Usage (if applicable)

Purchasing a product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal or commercial purposes as described. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the product without prior written permission.

6. Liability

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use or inability to use our digital products, including incompatibility with your system or misuse.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

7. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal information outside of what's necessary to process your order.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the European Union and the courts of Paris, France shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
