Refund Policy

We sell digital products that are delivered electronically upon purchase. As such, all sales are considered final.

However, we want you to be satisfied with your experience. If you encounter a technical issue that prevents the product from functioning as described, we will work with you to resolve it.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following case:

  • The product has a confirmed technical defect that cannot be resolved through reasonable troubleshooting.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Compatibility issues not disclosed before purchase

  • Lack of basic Excel knowledge

  • Misuse or modification of the file

 

Support Window

You must contact us at contact.macroscript@gmail.com within 5 business days of your purchase to request assistance or a refund review. Support requests beyond this timeframe may not be eligible.

Process

We will:

  1. Review your issue

  2. Attempt to resolve it with guidance or an updated file

  3. Issue a refund only if the issue cannot be fixed and the product is unusable as advertised
